Black Mark System: Places are determined by the accumulation of black marks in the order of who has the least amount of black marks. If there is a tie the wrestler who beat the other places higher.
1st = Least Marks
2nd = 2nd Least Marks
3rd = 3rd Least Marks

Accumulation of Marks:
Win by fall = 0 Marks
Win by Jury’s Decision = 1 Mark
Lose by Split Jury’s Decision = 2 Marks
Lose by Unanimous Jury’s Decision = 3 Marks
Lose by fall = 3 Marks

Elimination: When a wrestler earns 5 marks they are eliminated.

Bouts: Up to 15 minutes in length
First 6 Minutes: After 6 minutes the bout will be stopped, unless a fall is imminent and then it will be stopped when the situation is complete. If there is consensus that one wrestler is clearly better than the other, they will have the choice to continue the match in standing position or on the mat.
Rest of Bout: The match will continue for another 9 minutes with 3 three minute periods. The first 2 periods will take place starting in the ground position with a wrestler required to stay underneath for the entire 3 minute period. The final period will start from standing.
Fall: Touch Fall requires 2 shoulders to touch the mat at the same time except in the case of rolling through.
No Fall Winner: If there is no fall at the end of the bout judges shall determine the winner by voting for the wrestler they think was better.
Passivity: A wrestler can be disqualified if they are determined to be passive for 2 minutes during the bout.
Out-of-Bounds: If the bout goes out of bounds in the middle of a technique, the action will restart in the same position in the middle.
